-M-Power Training uses Independent Integration systems engineering (XSE) which is systems engineering focused on the human to strengthen the body, mind, and spirit as a solid, integrated whole, -M-Powering and equipping individuals to then -M-power humanity.
-M-Power Training addresses the body through personal strength training and wellness coaching to guide individuals through a journey of enhancing their health and physical advancement with the purpose of maximizing the capacity of the positive effects that one life can have on the world, and resulting in a fulfilling life
-M-Power training addresses the mind through intelligent penetration of reality, comprehended using logic and other skills for insight and discernment. Trainees are taught to acknowledge and seek all relevant facts and truth in order to be accurately aware of not just circumstances in their own lives, but of others, deeply considering consequences and the effects of their decisions on their own life and the lives of others.
-M-Power Training addresses the human spirit through acknowledging the existence of good vs. evil and the relative spiritual entities. -M-Power training demonstrates how to use the evil/opposing force for strength and advance, as an integral part of striving to live the ultimate best life that a person was created to live, giving their all and seeking the greatest, the ultimate one true Power: God.
-M-Power training leverages systems engineering as a Playbook Driven by science-backed facts to achieve unbreakable strength, which can only be found through integrity of mind body and spirit, uniting with the one true power… the true desire at the core of every mans heart,
Above is the -M-Power Training Triangle, including the “Fallout Zones” which are the shaded regions that lie outside and in opposition to each of the three sections of the Training triangle. The Training Triangle is divided into three smaller triangular Sections: Blue for the Mind, Red for the Body, and White for the Spirit. Each colored triangular section has a baseline expectation at the widest part of the triangular section (the base of each separate triangle). This baseline correlates with “take time” the First Element of Luxxacation (The torque of XSE). Take Time to evaluate your life, where you are at, Where you are going, where you want to go (goals), and what do you have to do/change in order in order to achieve those goals (best decisions). If you are not already meeting the baseline expectations of each separate section of the Training Triangle, then by default you are falling into the “fallout zone” and therefore need to make changes to ensure that you are meeting the basic expectations of: “Growth mindset/Logic/reason,” “Confidence/security,” & “sufficiency/self-sustainability.” The second Tier above the baseline of the -M-Power Training Triangle is the action that is to be taken in order to “Build Strength” (the 2nd element of Luxxacation). This second Tier includes: “Truth Seeking/investigation,” “Defense/Protection,” & “Training/advancement.” If a person is continually committing themselves to following through with the best decisions arrived at from taking time to evaluate their system in order to make goals, they will then be able to climb higher and “Rise Above” (the 3rd element of luxxacation), Therefore achieving the third tier of the Training Triangle of “Intelligence,” “Freedom,” & “Strength,” ultimately correlating to XSE’s Motto of “Sharp Mind, Strong Body, and Free Spirit.”
Outcome: Identify key inputs (habits, relationships, food, sleep, etc.) that affect outputs (health, happiness, career satisfaction) and set a baseline.
Outcome: Identify the largest hurdle or barrier in your life, and decide if you want to overcome it. Replace it with something positive and completely opposite that you want implemented in your life.
Assignment: Study Desired Results and Lasting Happiness. Refine a schedule in writing for the next week with stipulated changes in diet, exercise, attitude, mental focus, intellectual advancement, sleep, mentality, and gratitude. Start Tracking.
Outcome: Create a vision of success based on the life goals and well-being objectives.
This Fourth Stage lasts 4-6 weeks (depending on starting point compared to desired results) and sets the motion of Luxxacation (the “torque of XSE”) into full speed. Each of the 3 Elements of this top-level synopsis are mastered iteratively, and each time practiced with more depth, Understanding, precision, refinement, and customization for the individual, producing a finesse tougher than nails.
This Element focuses on the essentials of the brain work that is necessary to understand and be able to perform functional analysis of XSE. The 3 Micro-Elements of the 1st Element will be mastered.
Outcome: Greater self-awareness of habits, challenges, and strengths.
This Element is designed to maximize the ability to follow through with the best choices arrived at in the previous element. Applicable additional resources (mental (intellectual augmentation), nutritional (suppliments, etc), physical (personal training techniques), etc. are continually adjusted and incorporated into the regimen.
Outcome: Consistency in new healthy habits, physical improvement, and emotional balance.
This Element Focuses on the Integration of the Spirit with the system as a whole and the effects it has on the well-being of an individual and vice-versa
Learning Resources:
Outcome: Habit mastery and continued progression across all life systems (body, mind, spirit).
This last stage can last indefinitely if desired (optimization and habit solidification)
Outcome: Long-term optimization and a mindset of continuous improvement, leveraging systems thinking to refine inputs and achieve better outputs.
